At POLYWOOD, we stand behind our heirloom-quality outdoor furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Hand Off to Carrier

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected.
