Our furniture is constructed from genuine POLYWOOD lumber, a proprietary blend of sustainable materials including landfill-bound and ocean-bound plastics. It is designed to withstand all four seasons without splintering, cracking, or rotting.
How do I clean and maintain my furniture?
For a quick clean, use a soft-bristle brush with warm water and mild soap. For deeper cleaning, you can use a pressure washer (under 1,500 psi) or a solution of 1/3 bleach and 2/3 water to remove stubborn stains.
Does the furniture require assembly?
Some assembly is required for most of our products. We include clear instructions and the necessary hardware in every box to ensure a quick and easy setup process.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Lead times vary by product and color selection, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your outdoor space. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Is POLYWOOD furniture fade-resistant?
Yes, our lumber is infused with UV-inhibitors and high-quality pigments that run throughout the material. This ensures that the color stays vibrant even after years of exposure to direct sunlight.
